-Los huéspedes serán totalmente responsables de la seguridad de los menores de edad que los acompañen durante toda la estancia.
-No se permiten mascotas.
-Como medida de protección de la fauna que nos rodea, se solicita evitar el ruido excesivo con parlantes, principalmente en horas de la noche.
-Al finalizar su estancia se solicita recoger toda la comida del refrigerador y congelador, así como la recolección de toda la basura y colocarla en la canasta que se encuentra ubicada al frente de la casa.
-Siempre que los huéspedes salgan de la propiedad, está bajo su responsabilidad asegurarse de que las ventanas y las puertas estén bien cerradas para mantener la seguridad.

-Para evitar daños y desperfectos se prohíbe trasladar mobiliario de una habitación a otra sin previo consentimiento por parte del propietario.
Favor dejar los paños sucios en la canasta del baño
-Se prohíbe el uso de líquidos inflamables para el encendido de la chimenea y solo se permite el uso de la madera brindada durante su estancia, favor dejar que la madera se consuma y antes de retirarse de la propiedad asegurarse que esta se encuentra apagada.
- Se debe coordinar la hora de llega y salida para desactivar remotamente la alarma de la casa así como el sistema de cámaras exteriores.
-El ingreso es por medio de un llavín digital con código, el cual debe solicitarse al anfitrión.
