The world famous 7Stanes mountain trails at Dalbeattie Forest offer some of the best mountain biking in the country, and attracts riders from across the UK and beyond. From Kippford a must is a walk along the Jubilee Path to Rockcliffe, another little village just around the coast where there is a lovely sandy beach.
