Surrounded by a small private forest, the property features carefully designed exteriors, including a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, surrounded by a terrace with four hammocks. The spacious sunny terrace is equipped with a wood-fired barbecue and a dining table with chairs, providing the perfect environment for outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, there is space to park two cars and a charming garden with Mediterranean plants, banana trees, and trees.
When entering the house, you will be greeted by a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, fast WiFi for remote work, a selection of books and board games, as well as a satellite TV.
