The bottom floor offers an additional den and deck area along with a large bedroom and a small bunk room that is able to accommodate adults (XL twin bunk beds). An additional full bathroom is included for guests on the lower level. With the inclusion of a pull-out bed in the sofa on the bottom level, a chaise lounge, and a futon, the home comfortably sleeps a total of 13 guests.
