Luffness Castle is a historic cottage which we fully restored to a high standard, built into the medieval wall of Luffness with beautiful views over Aberlady Bay and its own nature reserve, WALKING DISTANCE TO THE SEA, beautiful beaches and dunes. It used to be in the 18th and 19th century the gardeners cottage of Luffness castle.
We are in a golfers paradise as are SURROUNDED BY 21 GOLF COURSES, such as Longniddry. Craigielaw, Kilspindie, Luffness New, Gullane 123, Muirfield, Renaissance, Archerfield 1 & 2, North Berwick. We are also 2 minutes from the village Gullane and Aberlady, with beautiful gardens.
The East Lothian area itself offers many historic attractions and villages and a wide range of activities for everyone to enjoy. Luffness Castle Estate is surrounded by many attractive villages, the area offers access to many outdoor activities, such as golfing, hiking, siteseeing. Aberlady itself, has a bird watching resource centre, and the Luffness Estate is situated on Aberlady Bay with a nature reserve.
