This immaculately furnished and decorated condo has magnificent oceanfront views of the beach. You are virtually sitting on the beach in the third floor balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom. The condo is spacious throughout (1600 square ft), and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, bathrooms and utility rooms. Hardwood flooring in all the bedrooms, dining area, and living area. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, with flat-screen TVs in each room. The kitchen was just upgraded with new cabinets and granite counter-tops.
The ocean-front living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and love-seat with a flat panel TV featuring 70+ cable channels. Enjoy preparing delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with washer, dryer, and additional cabinet storage.
