We have a stunning mountain and rural view and are only 10 minutes walk away from the sand, surf and beauty of back beach in New Plymouth via a scenic path along a stream at the end of our garden.
We have a tidy, modern, warm, spacious three bedroom home with three double bedrooms available for guests and a fourth guestroom/play room with ensuite and double sofa bed.
We have a nice kitchen with all the appliances that you would expect to find. Also available is wireless internet, TV, garden, BBQ, DVDs, board games, etc.
The outside area is fenced and well set up for children to play with a sunshade over the patio .
We have a large family bathroom which has a deep bath and a separate shower (good strength) and also a small toilet and shower area downstairs. We also have good quality comfy beds and can provide clean, good quality linen. Happy to accommodate requests!
It is a tidy neighbourhood at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a rural outlook with sheep and cows in the view from the garden. It's less than a minutes drive to the closest surf break, with loads of other awesome surf options close by, plus the mountain hikes, bike trails and coastal walks. There is a large countdown supermarket only 5 minutes walk away. The town along with cafes and the famous walkway are also not too far. Around 5 minutes by car, or to walk to the center would take around 45 minutes.
