The Lodge has open plan living with new carpet. 6 bedrooms 4 toilets, 3 shower and one bath. Upstairs master with ensuite and another bedroom. 4 bedrooms downstairs. 4 double beds the rest single beds. Set on over half an acre of botanic grounds.
A short drive gets you to the inner City, the University, the Airport and all the best schools shopping Malls, Riccarton, Northlands Merivale and Fendalton. Jelly Park Aquatic and fitness centre is also very close by.
Suit large groups sleeps easily 26 people. Includes, Internet sky and telephone and professionally laundered linen sheet, towes etc.
