A stunning holiday home inviting you to come and rest by the water. Views of the Estuary with access directly across the road. Beach access is nice & close its just a short stroll to the beach. You can come on back to the Bach rinse off in the hot water outside shower.
The best of both worlds offering a serene view of the estuary one side - then literally a hop to the beach on the other side. Spoilt for choice!
The sleeping arrangements consist of three generous sized bedrooms sleeping 7 and an external sleepout for the teenagers wanting some space, sleeps 3 - total of 10 guests.
The main bedroom has a Super king bed or can be split into two king singles. Bedroom two offers two single beds and one trundler bed. Bedroom three offers two king ingle beds or converts to a king bed.
The external sleepout has one queen bed and one single bed.
Plenty of space for everyone both inside and out. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge flows out onto the back and front decks for outdoor entertaining. The kitchen boasts of everything you need for the comfort of your stay including a Nespresso coffee machine. Enjoy the summer outdoor entertaining with a BBQ located on the back deck.
The spacious bathroom consists of a bath and shower with a separate toilet and basin next door.
Make the most of this relaxing time watching the sunrises on one side of Pukehina Beach then at night hop across the road to the most spectacular sunsets on the estuary!

Great location for the two popular nearby wedding venues at The Old Forest school and Estuary events.
