The home has two well-appointed and spacious bedrooms on this level. One bedroom has a double/queen bed, while the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a T.V. Each bedroom enjoys direct access to a balcony with fabulous views of either the ocean or the mountains! We provide all of the necessary bed linens and towels for guests. There is ample storage in each room.
The elegant bathroom on this level has a large walk-in shower and modern features.
Ground level:
Light-filled and welcoming, the ground floor consists of a double/queen bedroom, a bathroom, a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace and T.V. Relax and enjoy this fabulous home!
The kitchen and living room overlook and have direct access to the large gardens, which are ideal for both children and adults.
The modern kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. The appliances are full-size for convenience, and we've included an electric kettle, coffee maker, and microwave, among other items.

The area:
The home is located in the quiet area of Annisaras, just a few minutes' drive or less than a 10-minute walk to the beach.
Anissaras is approximately 24 km east of Heraklion and 1 km west of Hersonissos. This area is quieter and more tranquil, while Hersonissos has a vibrant nightlife!
The Anissaras beach has rental loungers and umbrellas and several snack bars and beach cafes. You can also find various water sports and other aquatic activities, including scuba diving and snorkeling.
The beaches of Hersonissos begin east of this area.
The Neighborhood:
Although the immediate surrounding of the house are characterized by peace and quiet, the Villa is just few meters from the lively beach of Anisaras crowded with bars, taverns and restaurants! But of course few kilometers away is the famous Chersonisos with much more nightlife. But of course is much more than nightlife.
At Anisaras There are several beaches with rocks or sand scattered over the coastline that can satisfy any temperament. The closest beach is just 5 minutes walk and there is a variety to choose between popular beaches for fun of calm for relaxation. Snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters is a must! What's more, if you feel active there are all kind of water sports like water skiing, parachute, jet ski, wakeboard, diving and more.
Getting Around:
The house is a 10min walk to the bus station and there are regular buses to Heraklion and the surrounding areas.
