The house is overlooking Aghios Emilianos, situated on the southernmost cape in the Argolis, a small settlement with outstanding natural beauty and isolated sandy beaches.

Built on a plot with slope, the house extends on the 2 upper levels and measures 175m2 while the swimming pool area on the lowest. The upper floor, the main house, is developed in one level and the guesthouse is situated on the lower floor. There is no internal communication between the main house and the guesthouse.
The main house contains two bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom with two single beds and an adjacent bathroom. The master bedroom is filled with light through its floor-length window. It has access to a balcony ideal for privacy and book reading, while enjoying the magnificent view.
The common spaces feature an open - plan kitchen with a seating and a dining area along with a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a dishwasher and a filter/espresso coffee maker. An auxiliary laundry closet contains the washing machine.
