Villa Aretousa is located in South Crete, in the village of Myrthios. Overlooking the bay of Plakias and the Libyan sea it offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area with the olive groves, the mountains and Kotsifos gorge.
Villa Aretousa is a traditional Cretan house fully renovated and restored, built with stone and wood in the center of Myrthios by Ioannis Peristerakis and his family.
On the outside , there is a garden with beautiful flowers , a private swimming pool, a large shaded seating area and the barbecue.
On the ground floor, we find the kitchen and living/dining room area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the required electrical appliances. In the living room the open fireplace stands out and promises warm winter nights. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet are there to cover all your technological needs. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a shower. Following the internal wooden staircase we get to the second bedroom which has a twin bed and a full bathroom with a hot tub.
On the second floor there is also a large protected balcony from where you can enjoy the wonderful view while taking your breakfast or drinking a glass of wine as the sun sets in the mountains.
All rooms are air-conditioned and Villa Aretousa has a private parking space.
