With two balconies turning out to nice sea view to Rangitoto island and the other balcony into the pool and tropical landscaped garden. The holiday home is situated in Rothesay Bay, Auckland. Perfect location close to Browns Bay village with all you need is walking distance to supermarket, Cafes, Restaurants, Sunday markets, and nice beaches 3 and 5 min walk away.
The Space:
The space is comfortable, light, and roomy. There is a Queen size bed, mini lounge, office area, separate toilet and bathroom.
The room itself has a fridge and freezer, coffee maker and TV with Netflix access.
The room is private but the kitchen downstairs is shared with two professional nice guys who live down the other end of the house.
Downstairs do also have to share dining, lounge with a fireplace, table tennis and heaps of outdoor spaces with a swimming pool and BBQ.
The house is like a mini-resort. Nice open areas from kitchen, living, dining out to the pool area and lots of small private decks. House is 400 sqm, so heaps of space for privacy and social activities, playing table tennis, have a swim or make a bbq. Make yourself at home and use the kitchen anytime.
