Our home is not a party place, it’s designed for no more than six registered guests (up to 8 with owners’ pre-approval). With tranquil beauty comes compromise. We are in a small, quaint farming/ranching community carved out of what was once a tropical rainforest. There are bugs, frogs that are harmful to our pets (not people). As with any small Costa Rican community, there are occasional power outages and, not being equipped with a polluting gasoline generator, you could find yourself reading or dining by candlelight (without internet service) for a period of time.
