Summary: The booking details aren’t accurate on here from what the hotel told us. I don’t understand why there would be an option to pay later when the hotel said we can pay no later than 2 weeks in advance. We almost lost our room, and the communication wasn’t great. We spent 4 hours during a really busy time for us trying to figure out what was going on. We checked in fine, but I was getting charged twice and had to fix it with the hotel and spent more time and stress which was another inconvenience I had to deal with again during my trip and the short amount of time that we did have. I did enjoy my stay, but this was one of the most slippery resorts we’ve ever stayed at.
