The Magnolia House, constructed in the early 1900's, has undergone an 8 month professional remodel. The main house supports 4 bedrooms, two of which are masters, and 3.5 total baths. A large "formal" living room, dining room, a party/game room, and large eat in kitchen with breakfast nook round out the main house. The large wraparound porch with a light blue painted tongue and groove ceiling, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting is the perfect place to relax with a drink after a day of exploring the Cumberland Gap area. Or, you may choose to build an outdoor fire in the fire pit with locally sourced rock benches. :).
In addition to the main house, there's an attached, but separate (with a separate entrance), "mother-in-law" suite with its own kitchen, living area, upstairs king master bedroom and bath, perfect for a couple.
