The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. The Garden House is an ideal romantic retreat for couples looking for a rural base with walks and cycle rides nearby, as well as easy access to the Berwickshire Coast. The River Tweed provides fantastic opportunities for fishermen, walkers and bird-watchers and there is much evidence of the region's historic and turbulent past to be found in the spectacular countryside.
