Summary: We received a text ready for check in and when we entered the room, it was not clean. There was a do not disturb sign left on the door so the staff did not enter but there are check out times for a reason. We had to wait further to be able to check into the room. We also didn’t have any staff around besides the first day. Our room wasn’t turned over during our stay and had to reuse towels.
