Our newly renovated home is located in the middle of Balclutha on a hill overlooking the Clutha river. The house was built in the 1940s and used to accomodate medical staff of the old hospital.
Balclutha is centrally located between Dunedin and Invercargill with the beautiful Catlins, Kaka Point, Nugget Point and other beaches at its doorstep. Dunedin airport is 60km away and in approx. 1 hour you are in Central Otago.
