The Cabin is located in the garden at No 45 Guest House and provides one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed in the living area just a few minutes walk from the centre of Ballater.
Guests will have use of the south facing walled garden at No 45. This will be shared with other guests and the owners but you will find it large enough that you won't be disturbed.
There is out door seating and a barbecue for you to use (please bring your own charcoal).
Parking and wifi is free.
The cabin will sleep up to three adults or 2 adults and 2 small children.
Bed linen, towels and Scottish Fine Soap toiletries are provided.
The kitchen has a fridge with ice box, oven, hob and dishwasher.
We ask guests to check in between 16:00 and 20:00. Check out is 11:00
