The ground floor of this split level apartment consists of two double bedrooms. The second bedroom consists of a super-king zip’n’link bed (which can be split into twin beds upon request) and offers the ability of being conjoined with the master bedroom, ideal for parents and children. Next door, the master bedroom features a king size bed and one way mirrored glass, to ensure privacy isn’t compromised. The room also features a built-in wardrobe and ensuite (bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail).
With access from both the master bedroom and the lounge, the sunroom provides a relaxing space with access to the patio garden, with outdoor furniture.
Stairs to the first floor lead to the dining/living area with three-seater sofa, chairs, smart TV and dining table. A separate utility room houses a washer/dryer and ironing facilities, available for guests’ use.
Across the landing, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, wine cooler, integrated hob, oven and dishwasher.
