"Pleiadon Topos" is a lovely, cozy home consisted of three levels located at Skaleta region where you get access to the lovely beaches of the region but also can use as a starting point for visiting many unique Cretan locations. House is properly and fully equipped. Large outdoor lawn paved fenced private area with playground and barbecue facilities. Internet, washer, and parking available. Close to supermarkets and various sandy beaches! Sleeps 5 people in 2BRs and a sofa bed.
In our home, up to 5-6 people can sleep comfortably. There are three floors each one offering different amenities and comforts. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, dining and living room. On the top floor, there is the beautiful master bedroom and a large veranda where you can enjoy quality moments gazing the beautiful sunsets. On the lower floor, there is the second bedroom and easy access to the private fenced lawn paved area, properly equipped with many outdoor facilities, furniture, barbecue, playground for kids.
• Ground floor / Kitchen - Living Room
The cozy kitchen area is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils that you will need during your stay. On the right side of the entrance is the living room and the dining room. The comfortable sofas convert into single beds and can accommodate two extra people if needed. In the same area, there is the dining room which can comfortably sit 6 people. This space is harmoniously complemented with the balcony from where you can admire the unique sunset views.

On the lower floor of the property, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and access to a large private and fenced (safe for kids) lawn area. On the same floor, you will find a bathroom with shower fitted wardrobe and shoe closet and a storage space. In the bathroom, there is also a washing machine.
• First Floor / Master Bedroom
The most magical place in the house, other than the outdoors and the sandy beaches nearby, is the bedroom located on the last and highest floor. This is a loft where there are a double bed and a wardrobe. The lovely accompanying terrace of 20 sqm with its beautiful views and an open horizon is the ideal place to enjoy sunbathing on lounge chairs or for a romantic dinner after your trip to the nearby beaches or villages!
• Outdoors
In our gardens of the front of the house, you will find many small and large corners of tranquility and relaxation. You can enjoy your outdoor dining in the safe and private fenced lawn garden area or next to the house entrance. It is also the ideal place to enjoy your breakfasts and meals in the shade or an evening using the barbecue facilities of our home. Also perfect for sunbathing and relaxation under our gazebo and the many outdoor types of furniture and lounge chairs. Garden offers a lawn paved private fenced area with barbecue facilities, outdoor sitting areas and furniture and plenty of spots to enjoy your time with your family.

We are located in a quiet area of Skaleta beach region. At 350 meters of distance, there is a supermarket and restaurants and traditional cafés located across the house. Also at walking distance, you will find beautiful sandy beaches where there are seaside taverns and cafes.

Arkadi church, Margarites village, Folklore Museum of Amnatos, Geropotamos beach, Old Town of Rethymno (10 km), Hamalevri - House of Polios, various Caves and locations of Natural Habitat, Trips to the caves where you can bathe!. Also Bali beach, Panormos path to Latzima for hiking enthusiasts etc..
Last but not least, among the recommended locations worth visiting there is Anogia authentic Cretan village with its unique people and village life, Zoniana Cave, the winery of Panormo and much more.
Chania airport is approximately at 80 km of distance and 60 km from the port of Souda. Heraklion airport at 60 km of distance. The house is located about 300 meters from the national road Chania - Heraklion. At about the same distance you will find the bus stop to Chania and Heraklion.
Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
