The property is modern and bright and it boasts a large living room with a workspace area, one spacious bedroom, one bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area.

The double sofa can also be used as a comfortable sofa bed if needed. The flat-screen Smart TV has Freeview and online apps.
There is also 2 luxurious and comfortable armchairs, and a desk with a chair that can be used as a workspace.
Bedroom:
The property can sleep up to 4 guests as there is a sofa bed in the living room.
The bedroom is fitted with a double bed with quality mattress and a wardrobe plus chest of drawers that provide plenty of storage for your personal belongings!
Each bed is fitted with high hotel quality white bed linen along with a hand & bath towel for each guest.
Kitchen area:
The modern with a hint of a vintage style kitchen has all cookware, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils needed during your stay, including an oven, electric hob, fridge and freezer.
There is a cosy dining area where you can enjoy lovely home-made meals with your loved-ones.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, sink, and WC.
Please note that this property is located on the 3rd floor with no lift (worth the view though!)

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and Please note that a fee of £50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* A £100 will be applied for late checkout.
* We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
