Access via Parton Road straight from the expressway provides less than 10 mins to Bayfair Shopping Centre and an extra 5 mins to Mt Maunganui. Papamoa Plaza is located 5 mins down the road which offers a shopping plaza, gym, fashion island, Pak n Save and Countdown.
This family home built less than 12 months ago offers 2 levels, 3 bedrooms with a seperate self contained unit with own bathroom. An outdoor shower with hot water is ideal to freshen up from the beach.
Special Conditions: This is our family home and is best suited for families with adult children or mature guests. Please provide a description of your group. A bond of 1 nights stay is payable 1 week prior to your check-in and will be refunded following your departure provided there are no damages. No pets or smoking. Beach towels available. Rubbish must be put out for pick up on Monday night (bags and bin provided).
