A deposit of 200€ has to be paid in cash at the day of arrival.
There is an obligatory tourist tax, that has to be paid in cash at the end of the stay as well as a service fee of 35€. Both are not included in the total rental price.

All unsere Apartments sind für Selbstversorger. In dem Apartment finden Sie alles was Sie brauchen, um sich eine Kleinigkeit vorzubereiten.
Ein perfekter Ort um die Ruhe zu genießen und aus dem Alltag zu flüchten.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchentücher sind vorhanden. Je nach Länge des Aufenthaltes wird ein Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche gemacht.
Am Tag der Anreise, muss eine Kaution von 200€ in Bar hinterlegt werden. Davon wird am Ende des Aufenthaltes die Touristensteuer, eine Servicegebühr von 35€, sowie vor Ort gebuchte Extras und während des Aufenthaltes passierte Schäden (Glas/Teller kaputt, etc.) abgezogen.
- Rauchen in den Apartments ist nicht erlaubt.
- Jedes Apartment hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz.
Auf der Finca gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool, der von allen 6 Einheiten genutzt wird.
Pool-/ Strandtücher können für 2€/Tag gemietet werden
