It also offers ease of access to motorways and the CBD ## Transit Located just off Auckland's iconic Ponsonby road where there is good public transport and easy access to the CBD. Uber rides to the central city are less than $10, or it's a 20 min walk. On street parking is available, however we do need to register your car to get a temporary permit. If a car park is required then we will require your license plate and further details, when you place your booking. ## Notes COVID 19: Before booking, please be aware we can only host your stay if it is essential to move during the Level 4 and 3 lockdown periods in New Zealand. Main reasons include: - recently returned New Zealanders re-settling, - your current property becomes uninhabitable or unavailable, - or if you need to move to avoid a dangerous home situation. We will handle the key exchange remotely and you will need to arrange safe point to point transport within your bubble when re-locating. ***Please note that entrance to the property does require walking down approx. 5 steep concrete steps, making this property unsuitable for mobility restricted guests. *** There is also a cat who lives in the main house and is very friendly.
