Entire home with pool and huge backyard. Excellent location in North Miami, central to all the best areas of Miami including Miami Beach, Downtown/Brickell, Wynwood, and Aventura. The house features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a florida room. The kitchen is complete with all the essentials and new stainless steel appliances. Guests will also have access to the laundry room from 8am-9pm.
We do not allow more than 6 guests
We do not host locals.

The space
Here you will never have to leave if you don't want to. You can lounge by the pool underneath the palm trees, or hangout on the deck just off of the kitchen. Enjoy television from the large sectional in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen and dining room have upgraded appliances for a meal at home. I provide starter dish and laundry detergent pods for guests to easily be able to use the amenities.
There is a separate studio apartment on the right side of the home. The tenant in this unit does not share any space or the backyard.
The laundry room is located out the back door to the right. This room shares a wall to the studio apartment so we ask that you only use it between 8am and 9pm. It will remain locked overnight.
Unfortunately we DO NOT allow parties, gatherings, or ANY additional guests outside of the reservation REGARDLESS IF THEY ARE STAYING THE NIGHT OR NOT.
