Our home is close to the beach (4 min walk), Coast Boulevard shopping centre (supermarket, pub, licenced cafe), Bayfair Shopping Centre (2km), bus routes.
Youβll love our place because it's a light, airy and modern 3 bedroom home in quiet cul-de-sac just minutes walk from the beach. Sunny and modern with outdoor BBQ area.
Our home is good for couples and families (with kids). Due to the proximity of neighbours and a shared drive way access, it is not suitable for groups.
