Accessed off Oliver Rd, 20 kms north of the Cromwell Bridge, it offers the opportunity to rest and relax or partake in the various outdoor activities on offer locally. A boat launching facility is available 5 minutes away at the head of Lake Dunstan. The Bendigo Historic and Scenic Reserve is off the nearby Loop Rd. Tarras Village is just 10 km north with a local cafe, store, Merino shop and Mrs Robinson's ‘vintage, fabric and fancies’. Tarras also has a 9 hole golf course. Local wineries offer tasting experiences and in the winter months, Cardrona Skifield and the Snowfarm are approx 40 minutes away. Wanaka airport is an easy 15 minutes drive from Tarras and for motorsport enthusiasts, Highlands Motorpark is located on the outskirts of Cromwell.
