Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The view was beautiful and the location was great. When we called in, they were quick to answer.

Negative: When we walked in, we saw the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and there was a dirty towel on the back of the door. They only put 2 towels in the room for 7 people and there were no beach towels. I had to call 3x to get towels. There were only 2 half rolls of toilet paper and when we called to tell them, they said they had a work order that said it was done but it was not. We finally got them to give us toilet paper but it took more than a day so we ended up not receiving it until the day before we left. As for the check out process, I never received an email, text or message to let me know they received our text/message about leaving before the scheduled check out.

Summary: The place was beautiful but understocked and there was a lot of miscommunication.
