On the first floor (up one flight of stairs) is the fully equipped kitchen/dining room and spacious living room which has double height ceilings and "Paris" balcony.
It is only a few minutes walk around the corner to the Glasgow School of Art, Royal Conservatoire of Music & Drama, Centre for Contemporary Art, Piping Centre, Mackintosh Willow Tearoom, plus city centre shops, theatres, cafes and restaurants.
