Located so close to the water's edge it's possible to catch a fish off the deck at high tide! (It's true, it's been done!!). The property has all the comforts of home, with top quality furnishings, comfortable beds and character artwork throughout.
The cottage has french doors opening to a large, private patio area and gardens which allows a choice of dining areas for guests.
Set up a driveway and away from the road, Ocean Breeze Haven is quiet and private and very sunny with direct beach access. Just across the street is the estuary with its picturesque walking track, boat ramp and playground for children.
If the weather turns cool, there's plenty on offer inside including DVD's, books, magazines and games.
Pukehina Beach is very central to all locations in the Bay of Plenty with Whakatane and Rotorua just 45mins away. Te Puke is 15 mins away, with Papamoa and Bayfair for more extensive shopping being only 20-25mins away via the Expressway (TOLL road). The Mount and Tauranga are 30-35 mins away also!
Check in time is 3pm and checkout time is 10am (unless by prior arrangement).
Linen is included - so leave home with the piece of mind that it is all arranged.
A $300 security deposit is held and will be returned to you following inspection by property manager and cleaning.
