Sleeping 15 with 6 BR and 5.5 BA, with decks and a screened porch, there is ample room for all to comfortably enjoy a beach vacation. There is a private, salt-water pool, waterfront backyard and dock to tie up your boat or to crab and fish off of. There are 3 kayaks, (w/life vests,) for guest use in the canal. The owner even provides a golf cart to tool around the neighborhood with. And what a neighborhood it is... offering a spacious community pool, tennis courts and access to it's very own private beach on the Atlantic. There are 3 separate "suites" including the totally private "Cabana Suite" on the ground floor; the beds range from King bed and Bunks for the kids. The owners pride themselves on the many amenities offered to guests.... Numerous cable and Smart TVs to stream your favorite programs, beach chairs, beach wagon and toys, pickleball equipment, 3 full size refrigerators, gas grill, blenders, panini-makers, numerous ways to make coffee and much more! No Pets. No smoking. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests pay a $100 per week Amenity Fee for rentals between May 26, 2024 and September 2, 2024. No more than 3 un-related parties permitted in home. Guests pay a $400 cleaning fee with every stay. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. Guests sign an addendum for use of pool, kayaks, golf cart, grill.
