Small but perfectly formed, stylish, guest studio, situated on a peaceful lifestyle block within minutes from civilisation. This studio is fully insulated with double glazing. It’s located just 2 minutes drive from one of Taranaki’s best beaches and 15 minutes drive from New Plymouth, which means you get the best of both worlds, peace and quiet or get emerged in one many of Taranaki’s attractions.
The Local cafe’s, restaurants and bar are only a short drive down the road, plus many hiking tracks and walking tracks within the area that are great to take the kids for a walk.
The space
The studio is located at the end of a shed and far enough from the main house to ensure privacy. It has a deck with fabulous views facing northwest it is perfectly suited to enjoy afternoon sun and sunsets over the sea.The kitchenette has a microwave, electric kettle, mini-fridge but no oven or hot plates. Their is a bbq on the deck. It has a small shelter that can be used at your leisure. The BBQ does have a side burner for pots, fry pan ect
The bathroom has a shower but no bath.
Bedroom is seperate to the main living area. It has a new comfortable king bed with a selection of pillows.
It also has a set of bunks. Space for bags and hanging clothes.
