This condo is located on the 4th floor of the Beach Club of Marco Condominium (@1/2 mile south of the Marriott). Extra time is being spent cleaning the unit between renters. There is also very strong wifi for those that need to work from home. It is a very spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. (700 sq ft + 200 sq ft lanai). It is directly across from the beach but has it's own private beach access and boardwalk. No other condos have this luxury. From the front door to the beach it's a 3 minute walk. The building is a 4 story complex and you are on the top floor and you overlook the pool and have a slight view of the Gulf. The bed is a king size and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper as well, the unit accommodates 4 people. There are 40"tvs in the condo in the bedroom and Livingroom. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, all dishes, pot, pans, silverware, and much more. The unit has a slight view of the gulf and has it's own private beach access as stated before. In the unit you have access to beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella. From the screened in lanai you overlook the pool and can see the Gulf. The unit also has free Wi-Fi and covered parking. The pool is heated and there are 2 new pickleball courts with lights free of charge. I always start and end my rentals on a Saturday.
