The original building was constructed about 30 years ago as a summer 'casita.' After several owners and renovations, it has transformed into a little gem and paradise. Set on a beautifully landscaped garden plot of around 1,240 sqm, the villa offers guests a living space of approximately 220 sqm spread over two floors (150 sqm on the ground floor, 50 sqm upstairs as a separate living unit), plus an additional 70 sqm of partially covered terraces.
