Summary: I made a booking but for the wrong date, human error. I rung the property to inform them but they told me they couldn’t do anything because we’d booked through a 3rd party. It was our wedding anniversary and so looking forward to staying here but they didn’t care, mentioned the system wouldn’t allow them to change the date. I’ve always wanted to stay here but due to having no empathy I’d never stay here, How hard would it be to reserve a room for the following night? Shame on you, like life isn’t hard enough!
