Summary: Poor room conditions and staff were not trained for a 5-star hotel. The hotel refused to accommodate a date change while the hotel was almost empty ! Staff were not properly trained to treat customers professionally, and many struggled to speak basic English. Gym was in bad condition. Broken equipments, damaged floors and leaking roofs The experience was like a 3.5-star hotel.
