The space…
Pine-Nut Grove Cabins are two cabins, one as the living quarters and the other, a large bathroom with shower and toilet.
The cabins sit on 5 acres of land which is front facing the Mangōnui Harbour and looks out across to the Mangonui Village. Views are spectacular!
The cabins and the owners home are nestled in front of 100 mature Pine-Nut trees, another great feature with spectacular views. Guests can walk/climb up through the pine-nut trees for more spectacular views. We have a great picnic spot under the pines for you to enjoy.
You also have access to the harbour off the street, should you wish to launch your small tinny boat.
For swimming, we suggest you take a 2 minute drive to Hihi beach, or a 15- 20 minute drive to Coopers beach, or Cable Bay.
Mangonui village is approximately 8 minutes away. There are restaurants, cafes, shops and bars to enjoy. We highly recommend the Mangonui Wine & Whiskey Bar😜😜 Nick and I are joint owners of this fine establishment!
There is lots to do and see…Or just chill and relax, breathe and take in the sunsets, they are stunningly beautiful.

You have your own garden area at the cabin with outdoor deck and outdoor dining area. You also may walk through the paddock up to the Pine-Nut tree grove. You can picnic up there in our picnic spot, however there is absolutely no fires to be lit, or smoking up there. We would also ask that you do not come up to, or through the owners living area and home.
Other things to note
We are pet friendly. If you bring dogs, please ensure they are well behaved. We have two old and very friendly dogs that like to visit guests. If you want them to leave just shoo them away, they should walk back home. If your dog is not sociable, then we would prefer you do not bring your dog.
If you do not like dogs, this property may not be right for you as our dogs have free access to the whole property.
