My 1-bed apartment is located in Newhaven which is north of the city centre, enjoying stunning views across the Forth to Fife. There are excellent amenities on the doorstep, including popular local restaurants, a large 24-hour supermarket, access to the cycle path network, and a new tram stop with a direct service to the city centre, both train stations, Murrayfield stadium and the airport.
The space
This is my home that I rent out while I'm away for work or holidays. There are a few locked storage units for my personal things. There is a sofa bed available for children under 12.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor and there is no elevator. I like it for having no upstairs neighbours, great views, and a bit of extra exercise :)
