Set in park like grounds this property is the perfect place for a relaxing break from hectic lives. Sink into the hot tub or relax poolside and snuggle up around the outdoor fire pit with a glass of Waiheke Island Syrah, all while the children run wild in the expansive and private grounds.
As you approach the property via the private driveway lined with fruit trees, you get a sense of something very special and you will not be disappointed.
You are lead up to this majestic property which offers multiple living spaces and features a range of activities for all the family. With indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, a huge swimming pool - with a small putting green! A Hot tub, basketball hoop, a ping pong table in the garage area there is plenty to keep you entertained.
The main living area of the home features a spacious lounge with fireplace and doors that open onto the main living deck and overlooks the spa and swimming pool. Across the hallway is an open plan dining area and kitchen area with a views over the garden and pool. The property features four bedrooms ( SLEEPING up to 9 guests ) and two (and a half) bathrooms.

With sumptuous spaces and fabulous firesides, this property is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining with friends while the children run wild in the expansive gardens and private grounds
With Palm Beach and Onetangi Beach just a 5 minute drive away, numerous Vineyards and restaurants in close proximity and the cafes and shops in Ostend just walking distance away or a 1 minute drive – this house offers a very central and convenient location.
Minimum stay:
7 nights from mid-December to mid-January
4 nights rest of January and over Easter
3 nights over all holiday weekends
2 nights at all other times
There is a Tiny House in the grounds that can accommodate a further 2 guests ( there is a double bed / own bathroom and kitchenette with a small lounge area - this is available to add onto the rental at $ 150 per night ( plus a clean and linen fee of $70 ) if you wish to use this - please let us know
