Get away from it all to... Beachwood Place, 2E a villa directly on the ocean completely renovated inside and out. We are in a small gated complex of 24 units with a private pool, Pay washers, dryers on (1st floor and 3rd floor), plenty of parking and an elevator.
Our villa, which sleeps six, includes:
-Updated furniture and designer touches throughout.
-Designer’s dream kitchen with granite counter tops, island with seating, all new appliances (range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker) and new cabinetry.
-A large master bedroom with King bed, cable TV, new carpet, ceiling fan.
-Master bath has new tile, updated glass Tub / shower.
-Guest bedroom with two twin beds, cable TV, new carpet, ceiling fan.
-Full second bath with tile floor.
-Queen sleeper sofa in living room, which also features plenty of comfortable seating, cable, 3TV's/3 DVD's, tile flooring, ceiling fans.
-Private furnished balcony with ocean view and ceiling fan. Morning coffee out here is like a dream come true!
-New HVAC systems.
Once inside you can shut out the hectic world of work and enjoy the unique world of relaxation. Or, a few steps outside, you will find:
-Miles of white sandy beaches and ocean for as far as the eye can see.
-We are ideally located on the island close to Coligny Plaza which is considered the HEART of Hilton Head Island. Coligny Plaza has great restaurants and shopping plus it’s WIFI everywhere and within walking or biking distance (200 yards).
-OH! The bikes, they can be delivered right to the resort’s bike rack for you. Miles of bike trails that meander through beautiful landscaping are right outside your door. Or bike on the beach for a real island treat!
-Some of the World’s best golf and tennis facilities are within a half a mile.
-A water park complete with three major water slides, splash pool, miniature golf and snack bar is less than a block away.
-Hilton Head is well-known for its seafood restaurants and eateries for all tastes, as well as shopping galore, including nearby Factory Outlet Malls.
-Or just sit and relax with live music at the Holiday Inn Island Tiki Bar two buildings over.
Beachwood Place (formally A Place at the Beach) is directly on the ocean-not across the street, not several rows back. Don’t let the terms 'ocean view' and 'ocean oriented' fool you. Just a short walk past the private pool and its lush greenery, and majestic Atlantic Ocean vistas and one of the most beautiful beaches in the south stands before you...yours to be discovered, whether that means frolicking in the surf with your kids or lounging with the latest novel and soaking up the sun.
Even in our coldest month (January), the average temperature is 59 degrees, making Hilton Head Island a truly ideal year-round vacation resort. Winter is a great get-away time for beach combing, golf and tennis, eating out, shopping, and relaxing.
Everything you need is ready and waiting for you, including linens, bath towels, coffee maker, dishwasher detergent, cooking equipment, china and glassware. Just pack your bathing suit and beach towel, and come on down!
