Relax and enjoy Brewster at this bright and comfortable one bedroom condo overlooking the 12th hole of the famous Ocean Edge golf.
Property:
Garden level condo with walk out patio seating, view of the golf course and plenty of green space for activities! One bed one bath home. Full eat in kitchen including dishwasher with washer pods provided and in-unit laundry with detergent provided. Dining table for 4, living room with couch and love seat, sliding doors to patio and brand-new air conditioning and heating throughout. Master bedroom offering queen size bed with walk in closet and sliding doors to patio with view of the golf course. Bathroom offering shower/tub.
Access:
Guests have access through our membership to the sports amenities, which include the Fletcher Indoor and Outdoor pool, Arbor Pool, Bayside pool, Fletcher & Bayside fitness centers, tennis and pickleball. There is an additional fee to use the sports amenities, if you'd like to have access to these, you must let us know. We will list you as a sponsored guest, and you will pick up your access cards at the Linx Tavern, paying Ocean Edge directly. Below is the price list to use the sports club amenities during you stay

Additional Notes:
Unit is on the garden level and does require walking downstairs to enter the condo. Additionally, the condo is cleaned thoroughly in between stays. We do not provide daily housekeeping.
