This is a custom "one of a kind" ocean view beach house with panoramic views from the upper floors. Almost 6000 sqft. of truly unique indoor and outdoor living spaces on 3 levels, sleeping many guests with multiple outside decks and patio areas! Amazing in-ground pool and Jacuzzi! The property is quite private. We also have 2 vehicles on island for rent.

The Space:
A one of a kind Nantucket beach home like no other on the island ! Awesome Ocean views to gaze at all all day long! Great indoor space for off-season gatherings for family for the Holidays, two great rooms with 75-82”’ 4K HD smart TV technology, great for movie nights! Amazing in-ground pool open from May to September and outside Hot Tub heated year round right off the deck! Amazing nighttime sky for stargazing!
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a Welcome Email two weeks prior to their arrival. It will have Check in and Check out instructions and other information about the property.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet. Its only a 5 minute drive to Sconset and a 14 minute ride to town. Its about a 10-14 minute walk to Tom Nevers beach. You can drive there and there is plenty of parking and bathrooms.
Getting Around:
You can either rent a car from us or take an Uber. We have 2 personal vehicles on the property that we only rent to our guests for a fee.
