A perfect stay for 4-6 people. A one story expanded cape home that is easily accessed, cleaned professionally and well appointed throughout.. Our renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the historic town of Mystic, CT. We are less than a 10-minute walk to Main Street with wonderful restaurants, pubs, marinas, and shops with our famous bascule bridge crossing. Close to local CT and RI beaches.
Our home is open, bright, and a great space to be in during your stay. There are 3 bedrooms - two queen-size beds and one king-size bed - with two beautiful tiled bathrooms. We have a decorative (non-working) stone fireplace. Our kitchen is well appointed and features marble countertops and state of the art stainless steel appliances. The beautifully landscaped yard is comfortable to relax in and spend time in the open back patio for your enjoyment. There is central air (heat and cooling), a washer and dryer, and plenty of off street parking. We supply all the amenities necessary for a memorable vacation! Pets are welcome upon approval (maximum of 2 dogs) and a $50 per pet fee.
Guests enter through a side door that has a keypad lock. Owner provides the code for the keypad prior to guest arrival with other check in information.
Owners are next door neighbors for easy access should you need anything. Note: our house is on a busier street but home is quiet.
