The townhome has three oceanfront balconies, allowing you to soak up the breathtaking views of the ocean and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze. The main floor oceanside deck has stairs leading down to a secluded sand area that is perfect for a kid's play area or even grilling, it also leads to two convenient access points to the main beach. This beach access affords you the luxury of a quick walk back for lunch, drinks or a break.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, the main floor features an oceanfront living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bayside deck; the main bedroom and 2nd oceanside bedroom each offer queen beds; bedroom 3 offers two single beds and a single bunk bed, and bedroom 4 has two single beds. Both main baths were entirely renovated in 2024.
The home is equipped with multiple televisions and high-speed internet. A washer and dryer are located on the lower level. In addition, an outdoor shower is located off the main floor deck for easy rinsing after a day at the beach. Beach chairs, beach toys and boogie boards are provided for your convenience. Whether you're looking to spend a day at the beach or explore the vibrant local scene (the condo is a block from the OC bus line which runs from the Inlet to Fenwick Island DE), this property offers the perfect base for your Ocean City adventures. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 4 nights off season. Guests must supply sheets, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Note this owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. A charcoal grill is located beach side under the deck, but may only be used in the common area between the unit and the beach. It cannot be used on the deck or anywhere on the actual building. Charcoal is not supplied.
