It has an upstairs lounge and kitchen plus large sunny deck with outdoor dining, seating and BBQ. Downstairs has three bedrooms and a bathroom with twin hand basins, a shower and a laundry. A spa pool is adjacent to the master king bedroom. The two other bedrooms have queen and twin beds.
The apartment is light with plenty of ventilation in the summer, and well heated in winter with a heat pump, wall heater upstairs and portable heaters if required. The king, queen and one single bed have electric blankets in winter.
The property entrance leads you to your own sensor-lit carpark at your front door. There is a shelter by the front door suitable for bike, ski or golf club storage during your stay.
Immediately next door are the Maude Wine Tasting Rooms and Bistro Gentil Restaurant.
