This family home is an eco delight with 28 solar panels and large batteries, plus a log burner with wet back. There are eight beds (Super King, Queen x 3, King single x 2, single x2) and it sleeps 12 -- making it perfect for a large group on a skiing getaway or a large family Christmas.
The bunk room sleeps 6 and is hand crafted from macrocarpa so that each sleep cell has its own lighting, shelving and privacy.
Outside we have a 16-foot in-ground sunken trampoline plus a climbing frame.
The whole property is yours to use except the locked man cave.
Other things to note
We have a portacot available but no other baby gear. There is a swipe key to a private community facility which has a pool, toddler pool, spa, gym and community room. It is approximately a 200 metre walk from our house.
The cleaning fee includes a large woodstack for an Otago winter. If you have fewer people and are coming in summer, this fee can be removed. Contact us before booking so we can tailor it to your needs.
