A 3-minute ride from the heart of downtown Nashville, explore one of the best music scenes and entertainment centers this country has to offer. This newly built condo offers a modern and relaxing space with views of downtown and easy access to iconic music venues, shopping, soulful restaurants and history museums, enough to entertain any member of the group!
Broadway is a 3-minute uber/lyft ride away and about a 10 minute walk to Korean Veterans Blvd, which is the start of downtown.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the condo social indoor/outdoor area on the 5th floor and ground floor gym.
**Baggage drop is currently not being facilitated at the moment.
Other things to note:
When walking from the condo to downtown, you will pass one of our favorite local coffee shops, views of the bridge and river, and the outdoor Ascend amphitheater.
Parking on the street is free, ample, and has no time limits. The on-site garage parking underneath is paid parking. We do offer a 50% discount validation code for our guests for the on-site garage parking. The validation code is provided inside the condo on the welcome sheet.
There is a $50 late checkout fee.
The entire building premise is a smoke/vape free and does not allow pets for short-term guests. Any fines that occur will be handled through Airbnb's resolution center. $1000 smoking fine, $500 pet fine.
There is security monitoring on the condo premises. We have an in-house security guard that does checks during the evening hours throughout the week. In addition security cameras are located external to the condo building as well as internal to all common spaces and hallways. There is also a host owner Ring camera on the front door of the condo.
