The new Acropolis museum is within a few blocks from the apartment as well as all the important monuments such as the Herodion Theater and the long pedestrian street that connects the Temple of Zeus and the arch of the roman emperor Hadrian to the Ancient Library and the area of Thission and the picturesque areas of Plaka and Monastiraki. The apartment is only a few blocks away from the Acropolis and Syggrou Fix metro subway stations and all other forms of public transportation. Syntagma square is also within walking distance as well as most of Athens' major sights.
